Jaehoon is responsible for overall business operation. He is recently more keen on technology innovations to adapt AI-dominant futures. Prior to joining WISE, he served as general manager of SDL Korea.

Production Manager
Seran leads production team. She is veteran localization expert having extensive experiences in various global companies including Mendez, LionBridge and Jonckers, most recently.
Minkyoung Kil
Account Manager
She joined WISE to help scale and accelerate the company’s significant growth. She brings extensive strategic experience from SDL, where she spent years in various strategic roles.
Bruce Lee
Director, Project Management
Bruce joined WISE from the birth of the company. He leads the project management team with insights and in-depth experiences that deliver customer success.
Soonhong Cho
Finance Manager
Responsible for both finance management of Wise SerTech and Wise ST Global. She keeps everything organized. She loves traveling and reading when she finds some free time.
